Yoga, at sunset,

Treat yourself to a short sequence of relaxing, balancing and energizing yoga as the day draws to a close and the sun sets over the Ligurian Sea. A moment of total wellness and relaxation on board.
Lulled by the waves, we will perform a practice together for about 30 minutes. Loosening movements followed by some simple grounding postures, ending with a final guided relaxation phase–yoga nidra.
